I'm home safe and joyfully, just overcame the jetlag and back to work again. I'm so thankful that the Roberta Baptist Church gave me the chance to share my testimonies in China and sing a Chinese hymn in front of everyone. Also, I appreciated their offer to help in different ways. When some people wept, I believed God was blessing and encouraging us through each other. That must be one of the things God has called me to do in U.S.  And it's just full of grace and joy.

This past Sunday I went back to my church. Now we're sharing the apartment in the afternoon with another fellowship.  The former one has closed by the police for the reason of disturbing the neighbors.  Our pastor shared that home church normally has to move once every year, and he will take a picture of the building whenever we have to move. Staying in one place for two years is totally God's grace, three years would be a miracle.  But he doesn't take it as persecution, instead, he feels that we owe the neighbors. Because that's a residential building, where is not supposed to be a place for us to worship. People need a quiet apartment to live and rest. Hopefully we will rent or buy some rooms in an office building so that we won't bother others.

Two more things we need intercession in a long term according to our Pastor:
1. For the spiritual growth of the students in our church here.
A lot of them enjoyed the atmosphere or being with us, but they don't really commited.
2. For a more tolerant and liberal environment for Christianity.
Christians don't have legal identitiy for the time being.

I think Christians who come after the era of Jesus may sometimes envy the apostles or other people who were contemporary with Him. But Jesus said (paraphrase)people who believe without seeing it are more blessed. And you might feel sorry for us, but doesn't God plan to prepare us more preseverance and peace in a difficult situation for some other missions in the future. Isn't that just beautiful and amazing that brothers and sisters in two different countries are connected for some reason. All things work together for the goodness of believers.  I feel I'm very blessed to see all of this in Christ.

God bless!

It's been great so far in America! All my boyfriend's family welcome me warmly and nicely, which has been called "Southern Hospitality". I feel like at home on daytime, but in T.G.I. Friday at dinner time. That's just terrific!

Now I see this trip in America as a total bless. I didn't do much thing outside as I expected, but I met a lot of people(most of them are Christians), I see what it's like in a fundamental Christian family. His dad used to be a pastor, so we've been talking about God, Christianity, how's it going in American churches, etc. My faith is strengthened.  I'm so thankful.
In the church, the pastor, one of my boyfriend's grandpa's best friends, let me speak in front of everybody. In China, our church has been praying for Jonathan's family and the pastor a lot. And I know a lot of them been praying for us too. We love each other even though we've never met each other and from different countries! Next Sunday, his grandma's church would like to invite us share in their church.  I see God's purpose right there, to connect people in Christ. Please pray for me on that.

God Bless!
